Formerly in Red Lion, she was the principal of Locust Grove Elementary School for 5 years and the assistant principal of Red Lion Area Junior High School for 1 year.  Dr. Landis also serves as the president of the board of directors for the York chapter of the Christa McAuliffe Teaching Scholarship and served as the vice-president of the York chapter of the PA Association for Gifted Education (PAGE).
