Biography
Mr. Kubicki received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from York College of Pennsylvania and later completed his Master of Science (M.S.) in Psychology and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) Degree in School Psychology and School Psychologist certification at Millersville University. He is in his third year as a School Psychologist for the Red Lion Area School District and is dedicated to supporting students, families, and staff.
