Bio

Mr. Flay is a 1998 Red Lion High School graduate and a 2002 graduate of Lebanon Valley College.   He received his master’s degree in education from Wilkes University in 2006.  He has been employed in the Red Lion Area School District since 2004. 

Family is the centerpiece of Mr. Flay's life!  He and his wife Dana are kept very busy by their 3 children, Liam, Owen, and Harper. 

Mr. Flay loves his job and coming to work every single day!  Whether your child has an interest in Social Studies or not, his goal is for them to enjoy entering his classroom everyday!  He does this by creating an environment where your child feels safe and comfortable from the first day of school! He makes it a point to get to know every student in his classroom on a personal level.  It is his philosophy that building positive relationships with students lends itself to a classroom where learning is easy and fun!
