Professional Biography
Mr. Beal is a 2004 graduate of Central York High School and a 2008 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. He also has a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Towson University. After graduation he moved to Baltimore, MD and worked for Baltimore County Public Schools. In his 14 years with BCPS he worked with different communities across the county. His years of service include 10 years in the classroom as a teacher in Title I schools, two years as an Instructional Coach and Staff Development Teacher at Loch Raven Technical Academy, and two years as an Assistant Principal at Cedarmere Elementary School. Mr. Beal has been with the Red Lion Area School District since the Fall of 2022. Mr. Beal is excited to continue working with the RLAJHS community for a 4th consecutive year. Go Lions!
